This Privacy Policy explains what data AgentInvent (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, work email, password hash, organization, role.
  • Content you create: AI Employees you hire, tasks you create, workflows you run, knowledge you upload, project assets, and chat messages.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, request timestamps, IP address, and user agent.
  • Billing data: for paid plans, we use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not store full card details — only the Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata.

2. How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the AgentInvent product;
  • Execute AI tasks and workflows on your behalf;
  • Manage billing and subscription state;
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., password reset);
  • Detect abuse and secure the service;
  • Improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics).

We do not use your content to train foundation LLM models.

3. AI provider processing

To execute your requests, AgentInvent sends prompts and relevant context to third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). These providers may temporarily process your data solely to return a response. We select providers with commercially reasonable data-processing practices, but you should treat any content sent to AI Employees as content that will be processed by these third parties.

4. Data storage and retention

Data is stored in a multi-tenant database with organization-level isolation. Cross-organization access is not possible by design. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus a reasonable grace period after cancellation.

5. Sharing information

We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the service: (a) our hosting provider, (b) our database provider, (c) our payment processor (Stripe), and (d) the AI providers listed above. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

6. Your choices

  • You can export or delete your organization’s data at any time from Settings.
  • You can remove teammates and revoke sessions at any time.
  • You can request permanent account deletion by emailing us via the contact page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices: encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, JWT session tokens, role-based access control, and audit logs. AgentInvent is a pre-launch product; formal third-party certifications (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, etc.) are on the roadmap and not yet in place.

8. Children

AgentInvent is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.

10. Contact
