These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentInvent (“Service”). By using AgentInvent, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use AgentInvent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use AgentInvent to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others;
- Distribute malware, spam, or harassing content;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
- Generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
3. AI outputs
AgentInvent uses third-party AI models to produce outputs based on your prompts and knowledge. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI output. The Service ships with human-approval steps for exactly this reason. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without qualified human review.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create in AgentInvent. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf, including sending your content to the AI providers required to fulfill your requests.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Trials, when offered, convert automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
- You can cancel from the Billing Portal; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us if you’ve been charged in error.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You can cancel at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTINVENT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AGENTINVENT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email.
